For various health reasons, I have been forced to direct my priorities elsewhere. Gary has agreed to replace me as the third owner of Aquatic-Terrors. He now joins Justin (Fish Finder), and Chris (nuth88), as an esteemed owner.

Therefore, I'd like to be the first to congratulate Gary on his new assignment and responsibilities as an owner of this awesome place. I assure all of you, he will continue to work as hard, if not harder for you, to make this the friendliest and most informative site on world web!

As for me, I will be stepping into a new group (founder) with all the perks. However, I will not be able to frequent the site as often as before. Nonetheless, this place will continue to ROCK-ON as it has since day one.

That's ok, Apoc, we love you I'm glad you won't be completely leaving us, and I certainly understand how the "real" life can occupy so much of your time, you just can't even THINK about getting online. It sucks, but things will settle down eventually then you'll be like me, bored with nothing more to do than to irritate your buds online..

Take care of yourself and your family, and keep in touch as much as you can.

Well as long as Gary realizes JUST because he's owner doesn't mean I'm going to be his sexretary...He tried that crap when he got to be Manager..."take my dictation".....Yeah RIGHT!

I'm sitting here at my computer, pinching myself to be sure I'm not dreaming this.....'cause being able to be involved with this site on an owner's level has been a dream of mine for some time now. I'm excited beyond words to be in this position! There is not another aquatic/herp board out that that can hold a candle to this place, we have come SO far, and it is all due to the quality people that make up the site. Not just the staff, which I can't say enough good things about, but all the members who come here and contribute with their knowledge, experience, and bring us their questions and keep the board going. To that end, I have worked in the positions of administrator and manager with the needs and wants of the membership being my first priority. Rest assured that I will take that mindset with me to my next assignment here....I am working for YOU folks, to make A-T the best that it can be for all of us.

Apoc....my li'l brother. I'm wishing you all the best for you and your family. You know I wish I was moving into this role under different circumstances. While I have dreamed of taking this step for a long time now, I always imagined it where I would be an owner "with" you, not "instead of" you. You are the rock that this place was built on, and that is why it is as strong as it is today. Thanks for all your effort and dedication that you have put into this place. Still gonna need you to be around so's I can pick your brain from time to time....just because you are in the "Founder" group now does not get you out of Consigliere status!

Looking forward to working with Chris and Justin on a different level, I believe we all share a common vision of where we want to take A-T as it naturally grows bigger and bigger. A-T being the unique site that it is, we want to see it grow, while at the same time keeping the intimate "family" feel that sets it apart from the rest.






And.....speaking of "unique"........

gary, congrats to the max!!!!! i saw this coming but like you figured yould be joining the big guys rather than replacing one.
poc, i know how life can grab you by the nuts sometimes and give a twist. take care of yourself and all ill shoot you a text now and again to see how things are.

Congrats Gary! Way to gracefully step up and carry on with the torch. Not sure many out there can fill the big shoes you must now fill.

Sorry to hear the unforunate news Apoc. Its a real man that knows there limits and an even bigger man that has his prioroties in the right order. You will be much missed but luckily not completely. Do drop in and let us know your still hanging in there when you get the chance. Wish you and yours the best!!!
