This may take awhile to complete due to me timing it perfectly with my daughter's softball season beginning and a whole bunch of other things going on also (and the fact of trying to keep up with almost 60 tanks) but since Cory was asking about plans for a dual 125 setup this should give him some hindsite to get him rolling also

this is the corner in question that hopefully will look a whole bunch better than it does now

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/Kegger22/P1200044.jpg)

you'll notice the tanks just to the right of the corner, here is a shot of the 3 out of the 4 tanks that will be moved into the corner that I'm going to be using for this project, the 4th tank will be a 135 gallon that is upstairs in the family room right now

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/Kegger22/P2130050.jpg)

this next picture is the corner with the bowflex taken down and out of the way, if you look toward the floor at the blue tape it will give you some perspective of how it is going to be laid out and the foot print, the dual stacked 75's will be on the left and the dual 135/125 will be on the right

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/Kegger22/P2130051.jpg)

was just out in the garage with my other toys pre cutting the lumber for the first part of the project which will be the dual 75's stand, here is a shot of the lumber that has been pre cut and the legs mortised out to hold the cross beams

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/Kegger22/P2130052.jpg)

well back down into the basement I go to clear the rest of the stuff out of the corner and to start assembling the dual 75 stand

Awesome dude! I like the stand you have now...lol. I am strongly considering 1 1/2" square tubing for the frame and making it 2 pieces, bolted together for ease of moving. Any ideas/suggestions/warnings on that?

well not sure what you mean by bolting it together from 2 pieces and where and how the bolts would be put in but if the bolts go thru the square tube then you would have to make sleeves to fit inside the tube and use hardened bolts or you take a big risk of the tube crushing when tightening the bolts and that would not be something I would want to risk, if thinking iron I'm not positive of the inside the post dimensions on them but you may want to look at the gorrilla racks they sell at Home depot, they say they are 6 foot long but not sure if thats inside or outside dimentions and would be cheaper and stronger and a lot less time to put together than making and putting together all the square tubing

had to stop work on the racks today to go furniture shopping but got the rack for the 75's done before I went and will have pics tommorrow and hopefully will start on the dual 125/135 rack tommorrow
